The Home Secretary has written to the Chair of the Migration Advisory Committee to commission a review of salary requirements and the new temporary shortage list.
The Home Secretary has written to Professor Bell, the Chair of the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC), to commission a review of:
- salary requirements for work visas
- the new temporary shortage list (TSL)
The MAC is asked to report on the first stage of the review in 6 months and on the second stage in 12 months.
