Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Makara Heng.
A warrant has been issued for the 40-year-old's arrest for contravening a community corrections order.
He is known to frequent the Springvale and Noble Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Heng in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Heng is described as 177cm tall with a solid build, brown eyes black hair and olive complexion.
