Man arrested after Plympton break-ins, SA

Police have arrested a 40-year-old Adelaide man in relation to a number of break-ins in the Plympton area last night, according to SA Police.

About 7.45pm, Tuesday, 15 November patrols were called to a block of units on Wheaton Street, South Plympton after a woman noticed her home had been broken into and a man was in her rear yard.

Patrols quickly attended and searched the area. With the assistance of police dog Iggy they located a man nearby with stolen property.

Several units had been broken into. None of the victims were injured.

The man has been charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass, theft, resisting arrest and breaching parole. Police investigations are continuing.

He has been refused police bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
