A man has been arrested after a house fire at West Beach, according to SA Police.
Just before 8.30pm, police and MFS crews were called to a unit block on Military Road after reports of a fire.
No one was inside the premises, and there were no injuries.
A 36-year-old West Beach man is expected to face charges of arson, and is likely to be refused bail to appear in court on Monday.
Police would like to reassure the public this is not a random incident, and no further suspects are sought.
