Police have arrested a man following an alleged blackmail attempt which took place at Southern Cross Railway Station last month, Victoria Police say.
The blackmail attempt allegedly related to the victim’s use of a dating app.
A 34-year-old Southbank man has been charged with one count of blackmail and bailed to attend the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 7 May.
