Police have arrested a man following the death of a woman at Patterson Lakes, Victoria Police say.
Police were called to a Balarang Court address following reports of a deceased female about 9pm last night.
A 78-year-old Patterson Lakes woman was located dead inside the house.
A 78-year-old Patterson Lakes man was arrested at the scene.
He is currently assisting investigators with their enquiries.
Police believe both parties are known to each other.
The investigation into the woman’s death is ongoing.
