A 46-year-old man has been arrested following a stabbing in Redfern this morning.
Just after 1.30am tomorrow, police attached to the Redfern Local Area Command were called to Walker Street in relation to a domestic dispute.
On arrival, a 33-year-old woman was found with a stab wound to her abdomen.
She was taken to St Vincent's Hospital and is in a stable condition.
The man was taken to Redfern Police Station where he is assisting with inquiries.
A crime scene was established and the investigation continues.
