Man arrested for property damage at Police Headquarters, SA

Police have arrested a man for property damage after he allegedly smashed two front windows of Police Headquarters on Angas Street overnight, according to SA Police.

Just after 3am police attended headquarters after reports a man threw a rock at two windows shattering them.

The man also smashed the window of a vehicle parked unattended on Angas Street.

The male suspect left the scene but was located and arrested a short time later a few streets away.

A 28-year-old man from Adelaide has been charged with two counts of property damage.

He has been bailed and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on the 13 July.
