A man has been arrested following the stabbing death of another man at Barmera this evening, according to SA Police.
Just after 8.30pm police were called to Nookamka Terrace following reports of two men fighting in the street.
On arrival, police located one man lying on the ground with a stab wound to the abdomen. Paramedics attempted to resuscitate the man but sadly, he died at the scene.
A man was arrested in connection with the incident at a nearby home.
The two men were known to each other and it is not considered a random attack.
Berri CIB Detectives are investigating the incident with the assistance of Major Crime Investigators.
