Police have charged a 30-year-old Blair Athol man with murder following an incident in Kilburn yesterday morning, according to SA Police.
Police will allege that at about 2.45am, patrols and emergency services were called to Le Hunte Street after reports two men were discovered lying on the side of the road.
When patrols arrived, they found a 60-year-old Blair Athol man deceased and the other unconscious. The second man regained consciousness and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for medical treatment.
He underwent a bedside court hearing today, and was remanded in custody to appear at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 31/1/17.
