Man arrested over Norwood hit-run, SA

A man will face court tomorrow on numerous charges following a robbery and hit-run crash at Norwood which left a man in hospital with serious injuries, according to SA Police.

At 5.45pm on Sunday 3 July, police and emergency services were called to George Street near the Parade intersection after two men in a white van allegedly stole a computer, then ran down the owner leaving him with serious injuries.

A short time ago, a 28-year-old man from Aldinga Beach was arrested an charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated cause serious harm, impeding an investigation, and fail to truly answer questions following the Norwood incident.

The arrested man will be refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide magistrates Court tomorrow.

Investigation are continuing into the second man allegedly involved in the robbery and hit -run crash.

Yesterday, investigators also arrested 23-year-old man from Aldinga Beach for allegedly impeding in the investigation. Police will allege this man assisted with the destruction of the white van used in the incident.
