Police are investigating after a man was assaulted at Glenfield this morning, NSW Police say.
Just before 2.00am today, police and emergency services were called to a house in Dobu Place, Glenfield.
On arrival they found a 45-year-old man with a laceration to his face.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics and taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.
A crime scene was established and police arrested another 45-year-old man at the location.
He was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station where he is currently assisting police with inquiries.
