Dandenong Police arrested a male after he was found in a Dandenong fish and chip shop last night.
The 39-year-old Frankston man made a splash diving through the roof of a Dandenong fish n chip shop at about 8.10pm.
Police located him hiding out with the frozen fish display cabinet trying to blend in.
The man had tried to slip through the police net and get off the hook.
The man is now floundering in the cells with time to mullet over.
The man has been charged with burglary and criminal damage and was remanded to appear at Dandenong Magistrates' Court this morning.
