A man will appear in court after he allegedly indecently filmed a woman on a train at Caringbah yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 11am Tuesday yesterday, a 54-year-old man arrived at Caringbah Railway Station – Platform One and sat next to a 22-year-old woman.
The man allegedly used his mobile phone to film the victim.
The victim alerted officers from the Police Transport Command, who were patrolling on the platform at the time. The man was arrested and taken to Miranda Police Station where he was charged with film person’s private parts without consent.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Sutherland Local Court on 29 September 2016.
