Man charged following act of indecency on train, NSW

A man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself and committing an act of indecency on a train near Parramatta earlier this month, NSW Police say.

About 11.50pm on Thursday 16 February 2017, a man was seen exposing himself and committing an act of indecency on a train between Westmead and Parramatta Railway Stations.

Officers from the Police Transport Command’s Operation Artemis were notified and commenced investigations into the incident.

About 10.30am today, officers attached to North West Police Transport Command charged a 43-year-old man with wilful and obscene exposure.

He is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday 12 April 2017.
