A 24-year-old man has been charged following an incident Derrimut last night, Victoria Police say.
A 23-year-old woman, known to the man, was allegedly forcibly pulled into a car at a Fitzgerald Road service station about 11.30pm.
Police located the pair shortly before midday.
The woman sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Armed Crime Squad detectives charged the Gordon man with kidnapping, false imprisonment, possess firearm, drug possession and cultivation of cannabis.
He fronted Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this evening and was remanded in custody to reappear on Tuesday.
