Police have charged a man following a fatal collision in Buckley last night which claimed the life of a man, Victoria Police say.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives charged the man with dangerous driving causing death, failing to stop after a collision and failing to render assistance.
The 21-year-old Winchelsea man was bailed to appear at Geelong Magistrates Court on 23 October.
The deceased, an 18-year-old Winchelsea man, died at the scene after allegedly being struck by a 4WD while riding a bike west along Atkins Road about 8.30pm.
