Man charged for Rosebud shooting

Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following a fatal shooting in Rosebud last weekend, Victoria Police say.

The 30-year-old man was arrested at a house on Ocean Street, Rosebud on Tuesday 5 September.

Detectives this evening charged him with one count of murder and three counts of conducting endangering life.

The Rosebud man faced an out of sessions hearing his evening and was remanded to Melbourne Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The charges follow the fatal shooting of a Mount Waverley man last Sunday 3 September.

The 31-year-old was airlifted to hospital but died the following afternoon.
