A man has been charged over an alleged assault at Redfern last weekend, NSW Police say.
Just after 10.30pm (Sunday 29 April 2018), emergency services were called to Renwick Street, after reports of an assault.
Police have been told a 25-year-old man had been assaulted following an argument with another man.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for an arm injury and was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.
Officers from Redfern Police Area Command attended and launched an investigation.
Today (Friday 4 May 2018), a 28-year-old man was arrested at Redfern Police Station.
He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on 28 May 2018.
