Man charged over break and enter offences Gold Coast

Officers from Taskforce Latro have charged a man in relation to numerous break and enter offences on businesses across the Gold Coast which occurred between September 4 and September 7, 2017, Queensland Police say.

It is alleged a cafe, hardware store, takeaway store, carwash, tile business and restaurants were broken into and property stolen.

A 33-year-old man from Marsden has been charged with nine counts of burglary and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and receiving tainted property.

The man made his first appearance at the Southport Magistrates Court on September 16, 2017 where he was remanded in custody to reappear at Southport again on September 21, 2017.
