A man will face court over several alleged acts of intimidation and breaches of apprehended domestic violence order (ADVO) offences in Sydney's west.
In June 2025, officers attached to Southwest Metropolitan Region Domestic Violence High Risk Offender Team (DVHROT) commenced an investigation following reports of a 31-year-old man allegedly intimidating two women – aged 53 and 40 – and contacting other family members, including an eight-year-old boy, all known to him, from within a NSW Correctional facility.
Police will allege the man called the women, child and other family members about 500 times from within a NSW Correctional Facility while two ADVOs were in place.
Following investigations, about 8.50am yesterday (Thursday 4 September 2025), police arrested the man at a correctional facility in Silverwater.
