Man charged with drug supply, NSW

A man will face court today charged with a string of drug offences following an investigation into the supply of prohibited drugs around major Sydney CBD transport hubs, NSW Police say.

Officers from North Central Police Transport Command established Strike Force Eurow in July 2018.

About 10.40am yesterday (Wednesday 17 October 2018), strike force detectives arrested a 53-year-old man at Kings Cross Railway Station.

A short time later, police executed a search warrant at a home on MacDonald Street, Potts Point, and seized drug paraphernalia.

The man was taken to Kings Cross Police Station where he was charged with supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis and supply prohibited drug (x8).

He was refused bail and is due to appear at Central Local Court today (Thursday 18 October 2018).

Investigations under Strike Force Eurow continue.
