Man Dies After Crash At Taree 15 October

A man has died following a single-vehicle crash near Taree overnight.

About 9.30pm (Tuesday 14 October 2025), emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway at Cundletown following reports of a crash.

At the scene, officers were told the single-trailer prime mover travelling southbound had lost control before crashing into a tree.

NSW Ambulance paramedics attend the scene; however, the driver – a 32-year-old man – was unable to be revived.

A crime scene was established and inquiries into the incident are ongoing by Manning/Great Lakes Police.

As report will be prepared for the Coroner.
