Police are investigating after a man died following a motor cycle crash at Hazelwood this afternoon, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the man was riding along Fourth Road when he lost control and fell from his motorcycle about 5.25pm.
The man, aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital where he later died.
