Man dies after motorcycle crash - Mount Murray

A man has died after a motorcycle crash in the state's south.

About 2.40pm today (Wednesday 19 July 2023), emergency services were called to Macquarie Pass, Mount Murray, following reports of a crash.

On arrival, officers from Lake Illawarra Police District found the rider of a motorcycle – a 20 -year-old man with severe injuries.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, however he died at the scene.

A crime scene has been established as specialist officers attached to the Crash Investigation Unit investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
