An investigation is underway into the shooting of a man at Doonside this evening.
About 7.30pm (Monday 27 May 2019), police attended Meridian Place following reports a man had been shot.
Police located a man suffering a number of gunshot wounds and he was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
The man died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing.
No arrests have been made at this stage and no further information is available.
