Police are investigating after a man was stabbed in Sydney's inner west today.
Just after 1pm (Friday 4 August 2020), emergency services were called to Henry Street, Lewisham, following concerns for a man's welfare.
The man, believed to be aged in his 30s, was found with a stab wound to his chest and despite efforts to revive him, he died en route to hospital.
Officers from Inner West Police Area Command have established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
