An 89-year-old man has died following a collision in Somers last month, Victoria Police say.
The collision between two cars occurred on Sandy Point Road just before 6.30pm on 28 May.
The Somers man was the driver of one of the vehicles and was taken to hospital at the time.
He died from his injuries in hospital on Saturday.
