A 29-year-old man has died in hospital following a single-vehicle crash at Toolamba last week, Victoria Police say.
The Ford Falcon utility was travelling along Toolamba Road when the driver attempted to go around a turning vehicle and lost control on the gravel shoulder, crashing into a fence about 11.50am on 6 June.
The Shepparton man was taken to hospital however died on 8 June.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
