Man dies in single-vehicle crash in Wilton

A report will be prepared for the Coroner after the death of a man in a single-vehicle crash in Sydney’s south-west, NSW Police say.

Police and emergency services were called to Whitticase Lane, Wilton, just after 3pm yesterday (Thursday 22 March 2018), after reports a Toyota Hilux had veered off the road and through a paddock before crashing into a tree.

A 62-year-old man and sole occupant of the vehicle, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics but died the scene.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
