A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in the state's west today.
About 12.25pm (Saturday 13 December 2025), emergency services were called to Gentle Annie Road, Mendooran, about 75km north of Dubbo, following reports a white Toyota utility had left the road and crashed.
The driver – a 52-year-old man– was assessed by NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, died at the scene.
Officers attached Orana Mid-Western Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
