Police are currently at the Osborne Railway Station after reports of a man lying on the tracks.
Just after 2.30pm on Monday 7 October, patrols and paramedics were called to the station on Osborne Road, after a man and a mobility scooter were seen on the tracks.
Paramedics treated the unconscious man but sadly he died at the scene.
There are no suspicious circumstances and police will be preparing a report for the State Coroner.
