Man hospitalised after stabbing in Toongabbie

Police are investigating a stabbing in Sydney’s west, NSW Police say.

About 5.45pm today, police were called to outside Toongabbie Railway Station, after reports of a stabbing.

A 64-year-old man was located with a small neck wound. He was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

A crime scene was established which was examined by forensic specialists.

Inquiries are continuing. No arrests have been made.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers.
