Man in critical condition after motorcycle crash - Charmhaven

A man is in a critical condition after a single-vehicle crash on the Central Coast overnight.

About 8.55pm (Wednesday 24 July 2019), emergency services were called to a carpark on the Pacific Highway, Charmhaven.

Police have been told a 24-year-old learner-rider was leaving the carpark when he lost control and fell from his motorcycle.

He was taken to John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition; he's being transferred to Royal North Shore Hospital for further treatment.

Officers from Tuggerah Lakes Police District are urging any witnesses to contact police.
