Police have taken a man into custody this afternoon after he absconded from the Hobart Magistrates Court on Wednesday 28 September.
The man was located at a Clarendon Vale address just after 2:30pm and arrested without incident.
He has been charged with Escape Custody and will appear in an after hours court session after 5pm today.
