A man missing from Eastwood has been located safe and well.
The 81-year-old was last seen along Shaftsbury Road, Eastwood, about 12pm yesterday (Friday 18 August 2023).
When he was unable to be contacted or located, officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following inquiries and a public appeal for assistance, the man was located about 8pm last night (Friday 18 August 2023).
Police would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.
