Appeal over man missing from North Parramatta

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Sydney's west.

Shayan Badraie, 25, was last seen leaving a hospital in North Parramatta about 4pm on Wednesday (8 January 2020).

He was reported missing after his family could not get in contact with him.

Mr Badraie is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, of a muscular build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He is known to frequent the Auburn, Parramatta and Merrylands areas.

Police and his family hold serious concerns for his welfare and urge anyone who sees Mr Badraie to contact officers from Parramatta Police Area Command.
