A man missing from Sydney has been located safe and well.
The 45-year-old was last seen on Pitt Street before 10am (Tuesday 12 July 2022).
When some of his personal belongings were located, officers attached to Surry Hills Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following a public appeal for information and SMS-geotargeting alert, he was located safe in Adamstown, Newcastle, about 4.20am today (Thursday 14 July 2022).
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
