A man reported missing from Sydney's south-west has been found safe and well.
The 78-year-old was last seen at his home in Belmore, about 8pm yesterday (Sunday 22 August 2021).
He was reported missing to officers from Campsie Police Area Command later that evening when his family noticed he was no longer in the house.
Police and family held concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
About 7.30am today (Monday 23 August 2021), the man was located safe and well in the St George district.
Police thank the public and the media for their assistance.
