A man missing from Sydney's west has been found safe and well.
The 49-year-old was last seen at a Westmead medical facility about 9.45am yesterday (Friday 20 August 2021).
Officers from Parramatta Police Area Command were notified a short time later and commenced inquiries to locate him.
The man was located by officers today.
