Following a large ground search, a man missing from West Hoxton has been located.
The 34-year-old man was reported missing after failing to return from bushland yesterday (Thursday 30 July 2020).
Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command conducted an extensive search of the Western Sydney Parklands at West Hoxton, with the assistance of PolAir, the Dog Unit, and SES.
The man was located in bushland about 7.40pm tonight (Friday 31 July 2020). He was taken to Liverpool Hospital as a precaution.
Police would like to thank the media and members of the community who came forward today and provided information and/or responded to the social media posts. Thank you also to local SES members for their quick response to assist with the ground search.
