Man reported for attempted murder, SA

A man has been reported for attempted murder after an incident in Littlehampton in October, according to SA Police.

About 5.15pm on Sunday 29 October, police and ambulance crews were called to a house in Rule Court after reports a 24-year-old Littlehampton man had been shot in the torso.

A 30-year-old Kensington man received injuries to the back of his neck during the same incident.

A tomahawk and rifle were recovered by police at the scene.

Police have since spoken with both men and the 30-year-old man from Kensington has been reported for attempted murder. The file will now be adjudicated prior to a summons being issued for court.

The incident is not believed to be random with both men known to each other.

Both men continue to recover from serious injuries.
