The name of the Southern Tasmanian man who drowned while surfing at Blackmans Bay Beach, south of Hobart, yesterday, has been released, Tasmania Police say.
He was Jesse Van Seventer, 37, of Cygnet.
Our thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
