Police are investigating a shooting incident at Morphett Vale this afternoon.
Police and ambulance officers were called to Rialto Street, Morphett Vale just before 4.30pm on Tuesday 30 October by reports a man had been shot.
Police found the victim at a house in the street with apparent gunshot wounds. His injuries do not appear life threatening. He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Flinders Medical Centre by ambulance.
The suspect, who is believed to be known to the victim, had fled prior to police arrival.
Investigations are continuing to locate the suspect.
