Police are investigating the serious assault of a man who was left at the Whyalla Hospital early this morning, according to SA Police.
Just after 1.30am, Tuesday 13 September, the victim was dropped at the hospital by an unknown man. The victim had sustained a number of stab wounds and is being airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition.
Police believe the man was assaulted in Whyalla.
