Man, woman charged with multiple offences, NSW

A man and woman have been arrested and charged following a number of offences in Brisbane Water, NSW Police say.

Police from the Brisbane Water Police District will allege that about 2.45am on Saturday 21 April 2018, a 31-year-old man broke into a house on Kincumber Street, Kincumber and assaulted and stabbed a man at the property before stealing a vehicle located there.

On Monday 23 April 2018, the 31-year-old man, a 27-year-old woman and a third, 34-year-old man, threatened a woman with a knife and tried to force her to sign over the registration of a vehicle to the third man.

The woman refused and the third man allegedly stole the vehicle’s keys and mobile phone. He also slashed the vehicle’s four tyres.

The 31-year-old man also stole the woman’s 10-week-old dog.

About 8am yesterday (Wednesday 13 June 2018) the 31-year-old man was arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station.

He was charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence, wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, take/detain person in company with intent to obtain advantage, choke etc person intend to commit etc indictable offence and steal dog.

He was bail refused to appear at Wyong Local Court today.

About 11am yesterday (Wednesday 13 June 2018) the 27-year-old woman was arrested at Wyong Police Station and charged with take/detain person in company with intent to obtain advantage and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

She was bail refused to appear at Wyong Local Court today.

The 34-year-old man was charged on 27 April 2018 and remains before the courts.
