Man suffers stab wounds during brawl in Liverpool

A man has suffered injuries during a brawl outside a service station in Liverpool tonight, NSW Police say.

About 11.20pm (Monday 5 March 2018), emergency services were called to a service station on Elizabeth Drive, Liverpool following reports of a brawl.

Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command responded and on arrival spoke with a number of people who were involved in the altercation.

One man suffered two stab wounds to his back and was taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

Four men and a youth were arrested at the scene and were taken to Liverpool Police Station where they are currently assisting police with inquiries.

Investigating officers are calling for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them at Liverpool Police Station on (02)9765 9499.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
