Live streaming of council meetings will be introduced this year.
Council today resolved to proceed with establishing a hosted webcast for council meetings, allowing members of the public to view the meetings as they happen or as an on-demand video.
A contractor will be engaged to set up the required equipment and online resources, with a view to establishing the webcast as quickly as possible.
