Melburnians Bag $3 Million Lotto Superdraw Win

A Melbourne syndicate of 22 lucky individuals is celebrating a windfall after their entry secured a share of the $20 million TattsLotto Superdraw jackpot  on March 16th.

Their System entry not only won division one, but also multiple lower division prizes, bringing their total win to an impressive $3,084,665.86 in draw 4451. Each member of the syndicate will receive a share of $140,212.08.

This in addition to another syndicate of 25 Melburnians who held the other entry in this draw.  So, in total 47 Melbourne residents were division one winner in this superdraw.

Lottery officials are urging participants in TattsLotto syndicates to check their tickets, as some members may not be aware of their winnings yet. Shares in this particular syndicate were sold at 14 Tatts outlets across Melbourne:

The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she encouraged all Melbourne players who purchased a TattsLotto syndicate entry into the weekend’s draw to check their tickets.

“We know some of these division one winning syndicate members have already begun celebrating their good fortune and are kickstarting the new week knowing they have a hefty boost coming into their bank accounts,” he said.

“However, others are starting their working week completely oblivious to their win. Previous syndicate winners have told us there’s no better cure for Mondayitis than discovering a TattsLotto win.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4451 on 16 March 2024 were 44, 40, 35, 17, 28 and 3, while the supplementary numbers were 26 and 33.

Across Australia, there were seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4451 – three in New South Wales, two in Victoria, and one each in Queensland and South Australia.
