Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Memed Redzepovski.
A warrant has been issued for the 58-year-old's arrest regarding unlicensed and drink driving related matters, and stating a false name to police.
Police have released an image of Redzepovski in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Dandenong area.
